If your question isn't answered below, write to support@nazarapp.co. For anything about a purchase, include the User ID from the bottom of Settings.
Is the app free? Are there ads?
The nazar prayers will always be free, and the app has no ads, with or without Premium. Premium only opens the other intentions, unlimited loved ones, sleep mode and offline Qur'an.
I bought Premium but it isn't showing.
Go to Settings > Premium > Restore purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple or Google account you bought it with. If that doesn't work, email us your User ID and we'll turn it on for you.
How do I cancel my subscription?
iPhone: Settings > Apple Account (your name) > Subscriptions > Nazar Prayers > Cancel Subscription.
Android: Google Play > profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > Nazar Prayers > Cancel.
Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Lifetime is not a subscription, so there is nothing to cancel.
How does the free trial work?
The yearly plan is free for the first 7 days. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends and you won't be charged. You can also switch to Lifetime during the trial.
Can I get a refund?
Apple and Google take the payments, so they handle refunds. iPhone: reportaproblem.apple.com. Android: Google Play > Payments & subscriptions > Budget & history, or the Google Play help centre.
Where are my loved ones and my progress stored?
Only on your phone. They are never sent to our servers. If you restore your phone from a backup they come back; if you delete the app they are deleted.
Reminders don't arrive.
Check that notifications are allowed for Nazar Prayers in your phone's settings. On Android, battery saving can stop the app: go to Settings > Apps > Nazar Prayers > Battery and remove the restriction.
Do the prayers work offline?
The daily nazar reading and the prayer groups are inside the app. Qur'an recitations stream from the internet; with Premium you can download them to listen offline.
I found a mistake in a prayer.
Please email support@nazarapp.co with the prayer and the line. We check every text carefully and publish the fix in the next update.
